Dear TC members,

Is there somebody out here who can fix my Novak Tempest Hyperfett Pro Speed Control?? It's been broken for some time now. My idea goes out that one of the fett's have been blown up. The cause of the damadge is water. [:I]

I drove it at my last Tamiya Euro-Cup race some years ago. I had to drive in the rain to reach the A-finals. I'd reached the A-finals but never took part because my speed control was "out of order".

The thing is not progammable any more and only gives a full-power forward signal.

I can bring it to a local hobby store, but my feelings goes out to somebody at TC who can fix this fragile electro stuff himself. [;)]

Please give me some information.

Thank you all in advance.

Merit Racing http://www.meritracing.nl are listed as the Novak importers, contact them and they should be able to repair it for you. They are too complicated these days to easily repair, I know LRP and Mtroniks both just supply you with a new one for a small 'repair' fee as it is more cost effective than trying to repair them.

If replacing the fets is the only thing it needs then its an easy fix. I know nothing about Novak esc's so your best bet would be to go to them. If it was a Tekin Id be able to help. sorry
