Ebay must be able to do summat about him, he's up to -5 now - this muppet is just screwing it up for serious sellers/bidders.

Unfortunately ebay really does nothing to help sellers at all in these situations.

I have pointed out to them, users who are currently banned under another user name - and just reregistering - and stuffing up others auctions again. There are currently about 5 that I have proof of.......yet they say that they cant stop them re-registering......when you point out that it is against there own policy to reregister another user name while under suspension - they dont reply.......

All I can siuggest adam is that you contact the next highest bidder and offer it to them.......it is a safe bet that this person is a time waster. Add them to your banned bidders list.

Other than that - just file a non-paying bidder warning - then do a refund on your auction costs......at least you wont loose too much mate.
