2 wheels or 4?

Just saw this on ebay.co.uk

At first I was Peeed because I thought I had missed a bargain. But do you guys reckon this is 2 wheels or 4? he says 2 set, but in photo is only 1 set? It does'nt mention if they are front or rear so maybe it was 4 ( Bargain then ) but +-$50 for 2 wheels would not be a bargain, I would say.

This is a great seller who i have delt with on many occasions an he is completely honest. (just for the record) His prices are usually on the mid/top prices for the parts he sells compared to normal prices. The description says to me to be 2 tyres with rims because of the price. I think thats an ok price and he would not sell 4 NIB tyres and rims for 30 quid speaking from personal experience. I may be wrong but i have bought several parts and these were the prices, all within the past few months:

All NIB: all in pounds:

Scorcher speed control 25

scorcher front body mount 5

rear cage 25

torsion bars 8

and a few bits i just can't think of at the moment.

Missed a good one by him about 4 weeks ago. Buy it Now 28 pounds for a NIB front bumper. They have been going for around 40 recently, missed the bid by a couple of minutes!

I got a full set (2 front 2 back) from club member JHELLMAN (Finland) for around 70 euro - His local store still had some in stock

He may be worth a try?

In light of the recent episode with the 9/11 guy I'd just want to make sure nobody thinks I am trying to say anything bad about the seller of the Ranger wheels. Sometimes comments can be taken in different ways. My comment was just an observation.

I don't think anyone would take offence, £29 for some racing buggy parts is a bargain at the moment.

He writes in his auction description Here is 2 sets Sp 50196 ie 2 front/2 rear tyres and rims One set has only 1 front and 1 rear rim and also he writes 2 sets, not 2 tires, so if the auction doesn't include 4 tires I would ask for refund, low price doesn't excuse anything. And 29 pounds is something like $45 not cheap at all for 1 pair but a very good price for 2. Have nothing against the seller, propably he is great, just people have to be carefull what they write in their auctions.

But this exact incident shouldn't discourage us to say our opinions like Chris said, lets not make this a board where you have to ask your lawyer before you write something about an item, as longs as it isn't something personal our outside from the RCcar topic.
