Always bargains occur due to many reasons, as many collectors having that car already, or having spent their money on other auctions lately... Propably also others are

Wow what a price. One other thing that could have made a difference is the seller stated money orders only. I am getting to the point where unless an item is something I desparately need I will only bid on items that accept PayPal. Money orders are a hassle.

However I too am in a spending freeze due to spending more than my monthly allotment on a Juggy 2.

Funny thing I just noticed. The buyer just bought a set of wheels from me for the Newman-Haas F1 car.

So who is 'silverbullet at peoplepc dot com'? Unmask ye self!!

Cheers,

Yup, paypal makes life easy. Just hate waiting for cheques to clear.

Actually, I'm trying to switch over to using money orders instead of paypal. Paypal just adds to my credit card debt. Money orders come out of my back account right then and there. Makes me think a bit more before buying.

Theo, you are doubly right, another reason I didn't go for that brat was that I already have one. If it was another car, I might have jumped anyway. Although I didn't go for the March F-1 #13 which went for just over $50(US) a few hours ago.
