A Darth Vader suit worn by Dave Prowse in RTOJ went for over $100k and a lifesize X-Wing that you could actually sit in - not used in the films it was a promotional item made by Lucas Arts modelmakers went for an undisclosed sum rumoured to have been close to $1m

Star Wars memrobilia goes for huge sums of money and if its MISB its even higher as a lot if it has been played with

I sold all my Star Wars stuff at a Bazaar for about the grand total of £20 when I was younger and stupider[]
