Have you all ever had this "problem"?[?] You often buy a item, on eBaY, because you "WANT" it, not because you "NEED" it. Right?

Assuming many buyers do... some sellers mention they offer optional "Express Shipping". Recently I paid for a item and extra for "Express Shipping" via Paypal immediately. (Like many of us do.)

This time, though, I'm told, by seller, he'll "Express Ship" my item on the next Saturday, the one day of the week he ships![:0][:0][:0][:0] Therefore, if he has my $$$$$ four days before he ships, is this "Express shipping" still?[?] I certainly don't think so![:(!][:(!][:(!] How about you guys?[?]

Express Shipping isnt how fast the seller sends the items out.

Its the process that the item goes through to get to you.

Right, Adam. Express is 2-3 days, Airmail 3-5, etc. BUT... Isn't it assumed, by all, seller will ship upon receipt extra of funds right away?[?] It seems, to me, if a guy pays "big bucks" extra for "Next Day Air".... he wants it REAL SOON, if not SOONER! Certainly it's not intended to mean "Next Day Air, Next Week, or so"?[?][?]

i agree with bill on this one....if you pay a seller the extra $$$$

for express shipping, the seller should send the package out immediately...... Sanja.

Funny, you should ask, Adam. In fact my parcel just arrived![V] Yes, in only 12 days from Canada to the USA, via "Express Mail". Therefore, I only spent $17.00 extra for "Express Shipping"![:(!][:(!]

I must say, 12 days is WAY too long. I had expected 3-5 days, MAX. I have not opened the box yet. Why? Well frankly, I can't remember what it is I bought? (just kidding!)[;)] His eMAIL, and his feedback will have to wait 'till next Saturday. As I only post feedback and send eMAILs on Saturday mornings![:o)][;)][:o)]

hey bill,im located in vancouver BC canada, its actually called "expresspost".....lol...expresspost is no different than regular mail....it may shave off a day ,but thats about it...it is slightly more expensive than regular, but not to any extreme..for the price you paid,he probably could have air shipped it. sanja.

The express post method by CanadaPost is called "Xpresspost". It is normally as fast as Small Packet Air shipping. With Xpresspost if the package doesn't arrive within a certain # of business days the shipping fee can be refunded by CanadaPost.

Thanks, guys. The "Express Post" label indicates the charge was $14.15

USD. The extra charge I paid, in and above std. S&H fees, was more than the total cost to ship....AND the fellow didn't take the parcel to his Post Office 9 days![:(!][:(!][:(!] That's the point of my anger. I receive all of my ball bearing needs, from "____Q" in Canada

only a few days after I hit my Paypal button everytime. And that's regular mail. Easy-schmeeeze! My opinion is evident, here. If you're going to offer fast shipping, by any mame, and charge accordingly, you should be prepared to take package to Post Office ASAP.[B)]

I always say if i cant ship on certain days so you are agreeing to that if you bid. Nobody has ever complained to me that they didnt see it. Ask the seller 1st is always the best way.
