I think ir's similar to NIB but not sure, could mean "unopened package" But it definately appears on pretty much every NIB German auction!

Means Orginalverpackt, so in original packaging. It can also mean original packaging (just it), many people made money this way with people not reading the auction text and buying $100+ graphic card boxes [][]
