looking at the shop on the above address, these are the prices

And the aluminium shaft is £6.50 but not here yet

So youre looking at just under £50

thank you very much i was planning on getting the prop shaft first but will get bearings first now

Get the bearings first. It will make the biggest performance improvement of all those choices.

Hi, if you're upgrading the motor i would suggest you upgrade the prop shaft aswell cos when using a higher grade motor, the shaft starts to deform at higher speeds. i've just upgraded my motor, and the plastic prop shaft hits against the chassis when running at top speed!! [8)][8)]
