sweet hilux deal

Just curious if anyone saw the hilux chassis sold early for 48.69?(the bay of course) I wonder if it was legitimate,if it was someone got a sweet deal.If you want to check it out do a completed item search for 4+4 and it should come up.

Highly unlikely that the seller actually sold it for that price. Ending you auction that way doesn't raise the suspicion of ebay as they still get a little bit of the ending value fee.

The seller closed it down because the current high bidder offered him a good price. The sellers saves on final value fees, both of them get to leave feedback on the transaction, everybodys happy except Ebay as they loose out on a percentage of the final value fees. but I do honestly think this is alright as Ebay makes way too much money out of us anyway...[8D]

I could be that no one would have thought to do a search on a misspelled name (Tamia). I am sure that it would have had several more hits than it did.

it's easier to search for Tam* That way you get Tamiya, Tamia, tameeya, Tamya.
