Money Transfer to Austria ?

I would like to bid on an item in Austria,. they want payment by wire transfer (which i cant do via Natwest online banking [V]) Can anyone on here help me out? (i.e I pay you paypal and you do the transfer on my behalf??) -

Money transfer is VERY insecure. I would never pay for anything on eBay where they asked for a money transfer.

If you don't get a friendly TC'er to help, then cash via Airsure would be signed for, insured up to £500 and cost about £6. Don't see that being too much of a problem as long as the seller's feedback looks OK (have done it with German auctions before now)

I have had all kinds of money transfers over the years,bank to bank from all over the planet,without any problems. When I was first approached about this it didn't sit right with me, so I went and talked to my bank manager.He assured me this was a simple/easy/secure method of doing business so I went ahead and did it. 5 years later and probably 50+ bank to bank transfers and never a problem. I since have started doing this in my business as well as r/c related.
