Tamiya sells an RC-version of the Tamiya-bus in 1/14 scale. It's a RTR toy however and based on a busmodel manufactured (in China I suppose) on order from the German Tamiya-distributor, which also sell "Dickie" toys in Germany, and the other buses are packed as Dickie Toys and not Tamiya. Also, about one year ago, you could download a pdf-file with a papermodel of the Tamiya-bus. At 4MB, it's a little too big for posting on this site though.

I will try to post a picture of the RC-bus as soon as I find it.

As for the 1/12 scale Porsche 910-model it's much too low for an M-chassis. I have this Porsche-model (reissue) unbuilt and consider making an RC-model of it, but only a 1/12 pan car will fit. The model is very fragile though, so it would be for demonstration only, and the quite similar Kyosho Porsche 906-body is better for a runner.

Back in the early Tamiya RC-days, Japanese racers used to put the Tamiya (and Imai, Otaki and Nichimo) 1/12 scale plastic model bodies on Tamiya RC-cars. With sluggish 6V batteries and 380-motors the bodies surely lasted a little longer than they would do today. The fascination stays though, and I just can't stop collecting suitable bodies!
