If it was a fake, and he got your money, he probably wouldn't answer your questions.

Sorry, just hopped in, but how many feedbacks does he have?

Did he sold/bought something recently?

Look for a pattern.

Maybe you can even mail his other buyers...

PS I'm waiting for a parcel too (surface mail, insured) from the US (to Holland) and it has been 7-8 weeks now...still no parcel...

It has been busy over the holiday period.

Fingers crossed for both of us.

On another up note,i couldn`t wait to get my mits on one ,so when i saw a runner offered locally,i was lucky and he accepted my offer.

WOW what a lovery bit of kit,

i own and have owned various loverly toys but these Tamiya 3 speeds are really special.

If the NIB arrives, "the runner" will stop me building it (probably) and i will be custodian of the Kit for a very very lucky person of the future.

I can't believe you've held out for so long, but as DeeMiller said, he probably wouldn't answer your questions if he was a scammer, or maybe he's clever...

Do you have his address? If so surley a member who lives close enough to the scammer can make a 'friendly' visit, i would if he were local to me and i can be very persuasive lol. Anyway goodluck. Im on the other side of the coin at the mo, i sent a parcel for a sale on the bay and have a reciept with the recipients postcode on it but they have emailed me a couple of time saying it has'nt arrived, i wonder if this reciept will cover my *** or whether im going to entered from behind with regards to a refund?

Just thought i would let you know,it didn`t show up,he is still about though and is pleading ignorance and looking for a further 6 weeks to sort it.No chance buddy,i reported it to the bank,ebay,paypal and the police,my bank HAVE refunded my cash in full,even though i used my debit card,they are now going to persue him,cool.

I am sad though,i was looking forward to getting it.

money I expect there is more chance of something being done about him

than if just you reported him to the police.

sorry to hear that matey, we do try to purchase these things and sadly some scumbags take advantage of this, glad to hear you aint lost out money wise. let hope they get caught
