I am a bit nyaff at internetting so I apologise in advance for my ineptitude. Also I looked at the Academy griffin... 50 squid seems cheap and I am looking for a buggy for my son... his first one.. Fusion-Hobbies 53 Posted March 20, 2005 Hi Alister, We don't have all parts listed but we can get all Tamiya parts still in production within 2 days (depending on Hobby Co stocks). The Academy Griffin was reduced to £50 to clear our remaining stocks. Unfortunately The UK importer went out of business so the spares were impossible to get hold off. Until a new distributor is announced we cannot support the Academy range. If you are after a good value buggy you may want to consider the Tamiya Fighter Buggy for £55.00 which includes an ESC.
