It's a Beagle which is a Optima copy. It was made in either China or Korea. Most likely China I think.

I am still wondering if its a beagle. The pics I have seen of beagles, including NIb dont look like this. The beagles I have seen, are near exact copies of optima, from the rail frame to to the gear cover, wich sais racing beagle on it.did beagle go through generational changes like optima? If so, this car is an advancement in some ways, and a throwback in others. Anybody have a set of instructions?
