RO-XX are parts for the 2WD Buggies like the bobcat and boxer etc. That looks like the rear cage for those cars.

Night Owl is 100 % correct. All "RO" parts are for the buffalo/bobcat and boxer series of cars.....and some bits even fit on the 4wd's as well.

This package is indeed a rear cage and rollover bar for the series above.
