Hi there, does anybody know anything about the yokomo yr4, as I have been offered one but know v little about it.

It is fair to say that the YR-4 is the very first touring car ( RACER). Simple layout - VERY good handling when compared to other tourers at the time - ie Tamiya TA01's and 2's.........

The car went through many different names - but the layout stayed pretty much the same for a long while. Was there anything specific you were wanting to know at all?

I have been offered a carbon fibred chassis yr4 fairly cheap and was wondering how old they were, parts availability etc, etc.

ran a search on the net and nothing newer than yr 2000 was found.
