Anybody know what brand of body and make of car this is? (the blue one at the bottom with black hood)

it appears to be a mazda rx-3 body, but i have no idea who might have made it...is it mounted on an M series chassis or does it just have the mini rims on it?

It also resembles an Opel Ascona! again unsure who could be the manufacturer.

Since the corolla body is in the mini body section, i'm guessing its similar to an M chassis fitment?
