So which RC12L is this?

I have this older RC12L chassis here and I cannot determine exactly which chassis it is (ie L, L1, L2 etc.)

It's not a 12L, it's from the RC12i family, either a 12i or 12iS (if it has little springs up the front then it's a 12iS). I used to race one way back in 1988.

They even bought out a monoshock front end kit for it and called it a 12iSS (I think).

that's what I would do. Turn up to the track with all the SSG carbon boys and just chuckle when your 20 year car keeps up with them !!

Have several myself and love taking the old cars to the track and giving the new stuff a good run.
