Does anybody know if Bolink are still around? The only current listing I have seen for Bolink products is servo tape!

Bolink is dead. The owner (Steve) has been selling off excess inventory on ePay. I cannot remember what username he was using though. Perhaps something like 'bolinkliquidation' IIRC. It's a shame really as Bolink made some neat stuff. [V]

I heard a rumor that somebody else had bought the business and was making a limited number of Bolink's products but at the moment I cannot find the new company's name.

That is a shame [V] Even though very few shops sold them in the UK... a bit like Mardave really. A friend of mine had a legends racer with a 30's style stock car body and latterly a Mustang shell. It was basically a piece of glassfibre with a Trinity 8 turn motor fitted and foam tyres...it was soooooooo fast!! It would make mincemeat of ANYTHING on the track including most nitro's...best of all the basic car was only about £50!

I'm definately going to have a look on ebay for this closing down sale....I want a rocket powered piece of glassfibre too!![]

Bolink did make some cool shells; Dodge Charger, Mustang etc. - lot better looking than all the aerodynamic blobs around now []

Have another look at his ID, there' s a load up now, just got me a couple of Mustangs []

Due to health reasons Bolink has closed down. Steve Rule (Mr Bolink) has sold on the body moulds, so they should reappear sometime somewhere else. He is also trying to get the cars back into production.
