Which Motor and ESC for Baja Champ

I have a standard baja champ apart from ball race set. I am going to upgrade the motor and mech speed controller to an ESC.

I have never upgraded any of these before and would like some advise.

I was thinking of the following

Mtroniks Eco20

MT23x1 Mtroniks Vision Modified 23x1 £12.99

MT21x2 Mtroniks Vision Modified 21x2 £12.99

What number of turns are better for the motor, I just use the car to muck about with and have 1600 & 1700 Mah batteries. I would like some more performance but don't want a big drain on the batteries

any suggestions

Are there any other brans to consider?

What are the rpm's for the mtroniks motors?
