AE rc18t mini 1/18 shocks help

i have a rc18t and was wodering if tamiya mini cv shocks would fit im in the middle of hopping it up with neons and few parts. also lookin for a 60t spur and all the pinions too to help in bashing and racing

I don't think they will fit. I think they are too long. Wait for MIP they are comming out with new shock bodies and shafts soon. Do a search on tower hobbies for 18T and the parts will come up. Hope this helps.

thanks josh will do have put mine on upside down have bad leak from 2 of the piston rods being flat sided when i brought it noticed one was very spongy so had look an all oil was gone so topped all up and refitted the upside down to stop leaking

AE make a rebuild kit as well. Maybe that would help your leakage problem.

associated also sell threaded shock bodies, I hear they help, plus they look nice !!

sure do stulec52 have some on order at lhs [] also put some neons on it [] looks [8D] as glow is so intense shame the cost me a fortune [V]

I have the AE shock bodies on my 18T. They work just fine but to tell you the truth I'm really getting sick of a the blue anodized parts.

myself thinks the blue springs are rubbish. there not long enough to hold the shock spring retainer plate on to teh shock rod. its a shame realy. i got a good motor too works with the standard esc and rated at 29.300 t/min i thought this was good for a 300 size can (protech mega X 300) have noticed a lot more speed. have a mini t coming so shal pop the shocks of that on my rc18t. just need to find a 5600kv/8600kv/ mamba brushless []

ah yes and i would love it but jsut brought in past 5 days a micro helicopter,mini t, rs4 and now finnished buildint my tlt-1 took me a good 11 hours to get this little 1/18th puppy sorted just got to wait ory my spy esc and 13x gp 1100mah cells to turn up then can make some packs of the minis i got
