Wanted: Cougar 2000 and Fireblade parts/bodies

I want to eventually restore my old Schumacher race buggies and display them.

Let me know if you have any parts for them.

I really need new bodies and suspension bits, but I'll take almost anything that's cheap. []

Also, does anyone know if the Fireblade body that is still available is the same as the original body?

I'll edit a parts # list in here when I get around to it.

hi ....schumacher UK web sight has some parts for the schumacher 2000 including a body and lower lexan cover.....just need to find someone over there to order it for you

Its a Cougar95 or 2000, not sure which. The reason the chassis is so narrow is to give better ground clearance on either side of the battery. The undertray is sloped at the sides, and you attach your receiver and ESC to the undertray each side of the battery.

thanks terry........reason i was asking...is i got a review for the cougar 2000....and it appears to be just like mine.except even though it has the flared out under tray.it clairly has the flared out chassy too........i also got the truck 2000 review and it looks like it has the flared out chassy too.......but i guess maybe im wrong.......either way its a cool buggy and i plan to complete it somehow

Both my Cougar 2000 and my Fireblade chassis' curve out on the sides. The Couger much more than the Fireblade. Maybe yours has been trimmed?

Also, you front suspension arms are different than both of my cars. I did upgrade my Cougar 2000 though. I'll have to dig through my parts for them and see what I find. It's been a while so I don't remember everything about them right now. [:I]

I may have some used spare parts for you if you need them.

Looks like you are missing quite a bit. I'll see what I can spare when I go through my spares. I think I have a spare upper chassis and an extra "x" brace you are missing though. What else do you need?

hello.thanks for the info....the chassy appears to be made like it is.......looks machine fresh......i am going to need alot......

what i do have is as good as new.....so i would like new parts to put on it or close to new......going to need upper plate..three shocks......if you get time maybe just let me know what you got extra

i appreciate it......uk has lots of parts i need.i emailed them asking them what chassy i had on my car.but they havent emailed me back......maybe they realized im a american lol

Hi, I just got a load(and I mean a load ) of schumacher parts for all cars, all parts nib.

I also have 3 post office sacks of tyres for them too, so if you need anything drop me a line, pref' with part number, and I'll see what I have
