Was wondering if anybody can help me solve this mystery I have encountered.

I have an old Yokomo Dog Fighter, YZ834B that I am working on. I have a couple sets of the original aluminum hubs, but 2 of them have the axle hole drilled completely through, and have bearings.

Now of course this car was 4wd, so what good would these kind of hubs be? You would somehow have to fit "fixed" axles in the hubs, or use completely different hubs.

Anybody ever heard of running an 834 with only rear wheel drive?

Thanks for any help.

Because the front drive is a spool and not a gear or ball diff, the front hubs have one way bearings in them. There are right and left sides so you have to make sure to install them correctly.
