Yes, all Nikko spare shells are unpainted unless you get one that's been "recovered" by the service centre from a returned car.

Prices are a bit daft though - £39.99 for a shell for a £80 car...

Can anyone suggest where I can get one? Web link, etc? I am in the States and Nikko's presence does not appear to be as strong as everywhere else. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Off the Nikkoamerica.com site: CALL CENTER ASSISTANCE If you can not find your part here give our call center at 1-800-77-NIKKO (1-800-776-4556) a chance to help. We have many parts for a wide range of products (in stock for up to five years old). Only the top sellers are listed on the web site.

Thanks for the suggestion, but they were no help at all. It took her a while to even find out if the complete car was in stock (of which she had first said it was new and they have not received any yet). As for parts, they have none for that vehicle. She said when they do get them, they just show up and the only way that they can tell what parts were received, is by opening up the box. They don't seem too organized.

Any other suggestions? Can any one get some from abroad? Please let me know. Thanks!

Theo, I am after the correct front end for the GT3R. The tamiya body is more like the street car and I am looking to do something similar to the below picture (one my own pics, I might add [8D]). Nikko's is pretty much the same. See the front end? Still can anyone help, PLEASE!!!
