I'm 20, 1st August 1983, and am back after a 1 1/2 year absence from anything related to Tamiya. Ah it feels so good to be back. Want to get something different this time for my collection. looking into a Jaguar XJR 12 Daytona, should be a good mix with speed, looks and kinda old(ish). But I gotta say the Wild One seems to catch my eye everytime. Its just so neat and cool looking.

Im 34 []

First car was a Super Champ. First time i switched it on i didnt realise the speed controller was in the reverse position. It shot across the living room and snapped a rear arm.

Got my son started at the tender age of 3 light years ahead of how old i was when,i got my first Tamiya kit.

lol im 27 born 17,02,77 but with a 50 yearold wallet!( my great grandads) my first car was a super sabre qd when i was 12 and that thing did shift quite well! faster than my mates standerd pumpkin of that time! but the first car i built myself was a blackfoot i got for my 14th birthday! and its strange as on my last birthday i had a king blackfoot off the missus!

34 at the moment.

First car was a second hand Rough Rider when I was 13,followed by a Hornet,Lunchbox,Monster Beetle,Kyosho Ultima,Kyosho Optima Mid.

Then a 18 year or so gap before a HPI Super Nitro Rally which I sold to get a TXT.

Now have the TXT a TA03 Peugeot 206 and soon Mooseys Monster Beetle.

Yes I am 30 going on 31 in dec started back in 1984 when Forgs and wild willy were new and you did not mind if you broke off the head of willy or lost the wing off a frog.

And yes this helps bring back them good old days of racing and not working [8D]
