The tubes and buses are still shut down in central London, but I believe the overland trains are still working OK (maybe with the exception of Liverpool Street / Kings Cross).

Its a miracle more people weren't killed to be honest. I was at an interview only a few streets away yesterday near Gordon Square... makes you think....

I hope this is the full extent of it and nothing further happens.

People have died, my heart goes out to those involved. A forum about toy cars is not the place to discuss this type of topic. I'll leave the thread open for those that wish to express condolences, but posts relating to the conspiracy theories, those repsonsible, retaliation or make sweeping statements about any nationality or religion will be deleted.id="red">

I'll say the same as I said after 9/11 its just too big and emotive a topic to be covered fairly here. Should you wish to discuss and debate the aspects of it then please find a more relevent board where the admins have the time to moderate it and give it the attention it deserves.

Apologies if i have started anything untoward here Netsmith, this was a purely informational post, If it gets out of hand, please delete immediately.

I for one will not be casting aspertion on anyone, just merely reporting what is heard, for those that have not heard of this tragedy.

Again, apologies.

No worries its fine, just these type of threads have a history of going downhill fast. Just laying down some ground rules thats all.

Didn't see any Tamiyas in the TV news pictures from London, so

I hope everybody here is unaffected.

(and YES, have seen someone carrying a Tamiya Frog on our trains... once!)

The bus was just outside our head office. Fortunately, though I was due up there today I had made excuses yesterday so I wasn't there. It's been a shock though, and has been a rather fraught day trying to find out where our colleagues are and if they are okay. Some of our staff who were there have made their way back to our local office here in Essex, and they are still very shocked.

My thoughts go out to those who have been effected personally by this.

This event, although several thousand miles away, has everyone here in NY City on edge.

Hope all TC members are ok.

I will only say that the uSA has no better friend than Great Britain.
