Don't know how 'new' this one is but this morning I got a bit of a shock when I received a receipt from PayPal for a watch I had bought from a guy in Chicago for $395!

I rang PayPal who confirmed the email was a spoof, it works like this; on the email is a button you can press to cancel the transaction so the idea is you open the email, panic (because you haven't bought a watch), hit the 'dispute' button and fill in your details - thus giving the spoofer your details and enable him to use your account. Nice.

The key to remember about all these emails is that when you get one, don't panic.  got to the home page of paypal or ebay and log in securely.  If there is something wrong with your account it will show on your details page.
