i hate the painfull cutting with knifes  []

brazed 3 blades in U form and brazed them to an 10mm square rod

this is welded on old pliers

the other side gets a plate as anvil

i think i need no longer than 5 minutes for one tire []

i had trouble cutting the XC tyres. i tried with wire cutters but they didn't work, so i got me a dremel-style tool from Aldi and got the grinder on them. i was bent over the workbench for about 1 and a half hours, lots of nice smoke and dead legs

sound like burn outs to me!!!!  mmmmmmm rubber!   that is the best idea, a dremal,ive done that to my tyres before.  as for the dead legs, use a chair,stool or a box! no more dead leg.
