What are these cars like? anyone have any pictures or info? One of the members has one for sale and I was wondering if these are any good for racing?

I have a new built never run (just a bit dusty) YR-4M2 for sale............ All carbon fiber, very cool. Let me know if you are interested.

You have to be careful with Yokomos early race cars regarding

numbering, they made the YR4, YR4-2, YRF2, YR4M, YR4M2, all in standard

and special versions. Apart from the chassis and shocks almost all of

these were basically the same car, the YRF2 being the odd one out as it

is only front wheel drive.

The YR4-2 was the first tourer to put the battery pack along one side

of the car, as is common these days. These Yokomo tourers were the car

to have for racing 10 years ago, virtually unbeatable in the right

hands. If you are planning on buying one for racing these days they

will be outclassed by every racer you can buy today.
