still havig a font problem i think?

Only when i access the forum i get these little boxes everywhere.When im on the homepage its fine.Checked the font setting on my browser and when im on the homepage the font setting is on western which i think is right but when i check it on the forum it says it on unicode whatever that is.Can anyone help please?
