how long to wait

i wonder when can i make a refund when my stuff not arrive?

i did order and pay on 02-02-2006 something in the usa on ebay ,payment whas the day after

i pay a lot for shipping but still not arrive at home.Normal it takes 2weeks from usa to holland

what to do?

did you get it sent with a tracking number, or insured?

if not, then have you contacted seller yet to tell him it has not arrived. send him a mail, just to let him know.

i did mail him many times and everytimes he say it will come

but i did pay enough for a fast shipping so normal 14 days shipping

and he dont have a tracing number for me

but i did report it by ebay so only what i can do is wait

Hi. If you used PayPal they have a limmit of 45 days for reporting somthing that has not showed up. After that 45 days your change of using PayPal to retrive your money is gone. I have waited over 2 months for surface mail from USA to Norway. Tower hobbies are stating that it will take 3-6 weeks. If the seller is not replying to your mail and you have used PayPal I would have file a complane trough PayPal as it will take quite some time for them to look into this. It is better to have done it and then cal it of again if the parcel show's up.

Hey, I had a nib double dare take close to 7 weeks to arrive in canada from the usa and it's the same continent !  It was surface mail, but if you paid for expedited shipping you shouldn't have it too late.  I would advise the seller that you will be making a claim with paypal/ebay if it doesn't arrive by a certain date.  Of course this may be easier than trying to make a "lost" claim with the post office.

yes i would too..you can always repay the seller if it turns up.

Putting a claim in with paypal often works miracles for missing or overdue articles.

I have on a few occasions gone this route, and on receiving the item the postage date coincides with the paypal claim starting!

And like has been said previously you can then stop the claim.
