Blooming Aluminum Screws!

WHY do they do it? I have stripped 4 hex screws trying to remove them and putting them into GRP chassis parts on my HPI Pro 4!

What is the best way to get them out? I have drilled them out and have had to replace the gearbox covers as I am unable to remove them fully

If I strip any heads, I drill a very small hole, and superglue an old allen key in the hole.  Once set, you should be able to unscrew it.

umm Ive drilled the head of totally now, only just a smither showing! Doubt if I ever get that out
