I just bought some new wheels and they came today. I just went to put them together and the foam is too big for them. It would fit but its too long so it over-laps each other. IS this correct? Should i just squash them in there?

Thanks

They will squash in - try and do it as neatly as possible, so there are no odd lumps in the tyre where the foam is.

If you can's be bothered with the hassle - pick up some pre-cut round inserts from the model shop.

Don't forget to glue the ends together first with a flexible glue. If you don't glue them they may bunch up and that will really upset your handling. Some contact cements are good if they don't harden to a stiff joint. I have used UHU when i can get it!
