Looking at the back axle, there is a steering/tie rod between the knuckles, so wouldn't be too hard to mod 4WS

What example? The video? if so, the video example showed the truck was silent so there will be no Multi-function unit!

Come-on.... The video is very short, and shows limited usage.

I downloaded the screen wallpaper from the Tamiya site - it definately says 4x4x4 - maybe the video clip shows a pre-production model ?

The TLT-1 and TXT-1 are both 4x4x4 but you don't have to build them that way. and with a 3 ch radio you can drive w/ or w/o rear steer

Driver doesn't look old enough nor cramped enough in the cabin to be Jeremy Clarkson. The car looks like it's going about as Clarkson's GT normally does though []

The Shizouka Hobby Show videos show more of the F350 in action, including crawling up that very steep ramp.

Yes, the video.  I know its short, I saw it. I was only pointing out that it shows the truck with front steering only.

Not sure where your getting that from? I see no mention of a delay on that page.
