Just been thinking the same myself. Seems to be happening alot today!

Im sure Chris mentioned this recently in the revised rules

EDIT: Just taken a peek

Rules!

Clear as day in the classification

We mods try our best but always item slip from attention, so please email them to us if you see them, its not harming someone else, as most of the time this happens just due to ignorance of the rules and those people just get a reminder, but just helping people learn the rules and make TC a better place.

I also get a bit annoyed when a trade is edited to SOLD SOLD SOLD without being deleted.

I can understand that someone would forget to delete it, but why edit it and then leave it on the homepage, when deleting it would give the 11th item in the traderoom another crack on the homepage?

Especially when there is no other text in there, to identify what the item was. It's not as though anyone else can make an offer if it all falls through

I agree with why people edit with sold or traded. But remember, they have been having problems with deleted posts still being there, so when one of mine get sold or traded, I still edit it, then delete it incase it still stays on so people know it is not available anymore.

Just a thought! [;)]

Yes, the "SOLD-SOLD" thing also annoys me a little bit, but another thing that really annoys me is the way lots of people use words like "mint" and "perfect condition" in their ads.. As i have understood it, "mint" and "perfect" means that the item for sale is in class A1 condition.? Have i got it wrong?. To me it seems that even an incomplete car, in pretty used condition, with lots of scrapes, both to chassis and bodyshell is sometimes being announced as "mint" or "perfect", and also sometimes at stupidly high prices..

A high price for a mint car is OK, as long as the state of the car really IS mint, and not just "good used" in my opinion.. Maybe i am just being a bit picky, but i find it a bit irritating that those words appear so often in trade ads, where none of them really belongs. :S  Fortunately, there are often pictures that clearly shows that the state of the model is nowhere NEAR mint or perfect, which then makes the use of the words even more silly..

Cheers..
