do you know of an event or a place to race near me??????

I live in Bishop's stortford hertfordshire (england0 and have been trying to find somewhere where i can race or just have a uck about with other rc's i have tried searching the web but my problem is i dont drive would love to put my car out with soome others for some fun but nowhere around here or anyone i know who has an rc car (escept for my next door neighbours son who has a little tyco thingy lol)

any suggestions would be fantastic thanks

Ps if theres a few people in the area i would be up for a meet of some kind
