Viewing members' showrooms and movies is bad for your wallet.

Recently browsing through the TC Home page I came across this movie by scorchersandwich.

Now before this point I did'nt really understand the fuss about the Sand Scorcher. It was never really one of the cars that stood out for me back in the 1980's, but perhaps that was because I got into the hobby as the SRBs were being discontinued. Well anyway one viewing of this movie and all of that changed and a quick look on Ebay saw this auction........ http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...item=6046410618 ......closing within minutes.....so you know whats coming next dont ya??!! Yep, bought it on the spur on the moment and that was another £170 I am down on thanks to T.C.

Anyway here are a few pics of my baby. The body is intact but the paintwork aint great and anyway I want to repaint it in box art colours.

So how many others have viewed people's showrooms and impulse bought something just like me??
