Just incase you didn't know, most people get a set of old touring car wheels and tyres and cut black drainpipe into strips the same width as your old tyres and glue or silicone sealant them straight over the top of the old tyres. Some wheels are a large enough diameter to do away with the tyres and glue the pipe straight onto the rim. Go to B&Q or any DIY store and ask for black drain down pipe, or take one of your old wheels to the shop and offer it to the pipe to make sure it fits snugly. Hope that helps ;-)
