What do I list this Car as?

Just looking for some other opinions as to this situation, as i like to have things "correct;"

I have just acquired two TL-01 cars that I am in the process of restoring.

One of them was a Lexus IS 200, as the manual came with it, but it does not have the Lexus body. Do I still list it as the IS 200 or do I list it as whatever (TL-01) shell I eventually get for it?

The second car came without any indication as to what it was, it's just a TL-01 rolling chassis with some hop ups on it. I am planning on placing a CLK-DTM AMG 2002 Mercedes body on this, BUT is it ok to list it as that car, even though it does not include the Long Arm kit???

All are ok, for such cases TC guidelines aren't strict.
