Hey guys, i have decided to set my TA03F up for drifting, what are the essential things to do other than PVC drift tires to get good performance. It is stock except for full ball bearings and a 17 turn motor. Cheers!

Work on the diffs, as i described in the other thread you started. Other than that and tyres, no major investment is needed. For general discussion on setup, spring rates etc, look here:

My drift TA03F has Tamiya soft springs (fluro orange) all round with 40 weight oil, with no camber all round and neutral toe in front. Soft sway bar front (fluro orange),and medium (fluro yello) at rear.

The only serious upgrade i have bothered with is a super fast digital servo and the alloy steering set to try to limit the slop and make the steering as direct as possible.

Drift setups vary with surface, driving style, tyre choice etc, so experiment until you get a car that handles in a way that feels comfortable for you...
