Bag of gears - what are they from?

Had these kicking around in my car for ages now, anyone know what kit they're from?

 

Bag has 9804100 written on it

YA0073 on a sticky label

Clod, Foot, Beetle, Pump written on it as well, although it they don't appear to be from any of those.

There's also what looks like a switch?? see bottom pic.

YA0073 gear set is for the old Quick Drive cars.

Ah ok, which is where the Clod, Beetle etc comes in then
