Hi all, I'm new to this forum.

I'm kind'a new to electric cars so please excuess me, been running nitro trucks for a while now.

Now, my DI is on it's way here.

I've been looking around for a brushless set for awhile now and have narrow it down to the novak GTB.

Since the DI is a 1/10 buggy, would it be recommended to run the 5.5r or the 6.5r motor?

My track has kind'a loose soil(if it doesn't rain for days) so which motor would be a good choice?

Is the 6.5r fast enough or should I just go for the 5.5r and not be worried about speed in the near future?

For either motor, what would be the prefered gearing for them?

Heard it's a tight squeeze to fit the esc in the DI but I guess I've to find a way out of it.

One more thing I heard is that the stock tyres are hard, would it run find or should I just get an aftermarket tyres?

Any recommendation for tyres that fit the stock rims?

Hope I don't bore you all will all this question and please forgive me if it has been mention before.

The novak system is a bit big, you might want to look at the LRP/Nosram system.  Remember you MAY have to run the cooling fan to if it is hot where you are.

Motors, depends what skill level you are, if you are a newb, I would recomend going for a slower motor but if you got a bit of throttle control, go for the next faster motor.  Gearing on them, not got a clue, but you will defo want a slipper if you intend running brushless, email neil@rwracing.co.uk for a shaft and then just buy the B4 parts (slipper hubs, pads, spring and spur).

Tyres, any aftermarket ones will fit, check out what the local guys are running in electric first.

Hi i had a B4 with a GTB 6.5 its sick fast but you can always set your throttle end point back so you can set the top speed to what you like... I put it in my T4 now and i run the super stock system in my B4 and like it better.
