DRIFT MEETING WEST YORKSHIRE ! CANCELLED DO TO NO INTEREST !

Hi all i'm looking to put together a drift (on road ) meet i have a place in mind about 5 mins from both M62 and M1 and very easy to find ! large running area about 100ft by 100ft(maybe bigger) plus theres some off road area that with the use of cones/markers could be used as a rally cross track for the rally nuts ! but due to houses near by it will be ELECTRIC only ! please let me know if your interested and i'll sort something out ! []

If this is going to be a regular thing I'll definatly come along, can't make it this time though as I'll be racing my rallycross car on the 9th.

Cant see a problem with it being a regular thing ! only round the corner for me so i go anyway just thought i would see if anyone wanted to come along ! even if i dont post a thread i can always pm you when im going !

yeah thats fine, I just need to get a motor and servo for my tt-01, the motor that came with it is currently in my sand scorcher, I was thinking about something like a trinity p2k2pro.

What are you running as tyres, I've made some abs ones for mine but I could only get it in white and the sidewall isn't really that thick.

i would love to bring the skyline, but i cant as theres is a problem with it i darent own up to ;o) maybe next time, i got lots of others i will bring lol

Ok looks like the Kent do is off for me... Will come and have fun with you lads if thats ok.. Is there something to drift round on this area?  or is it just wide open space?

Yes Biggus,WW has some cones and bot dots to drift around.

I have heard from Wild Willy and  believe this meet is cancelled though due to lack of interest,
