Isn't it strange the way people almost develop a sixth sense and head for the same movement without any obvious prompting?

Not so strange when you consider the following...

Back in the 1980s the evil geniuses at Tamiya developed a powerful transmitter that they now use to beam "Tamiya lust" radio waves into our brains when we reach 30. But where is the receiver that picks up these radio waves you might ask... well that's simple, it's hidden in a tiny microchip embedded in every Tamiya E-clip, ever had an E-clip ping off somewhere and you can't find it ? That's because it shoots up your nose and into your BRAIN were it lays dormant until your 30th birthday !!

I'm 37.  Oil of Olay makes me look 36.  My job makes me appear 65.. I'm ready for retirement.

I am 41 now, and when I think that I am playing with rc's since 20 years now ... and have been building static models for 14 years before that time ... 34 years of modelling in total ... I can't believe that ...

Dammit, so that's what the rattling sound in my head has been for the last 21 years! [:)]

35 two weeks ago, physically still look like I'm in my early twenties. Well that's what I keep telling myself every time I walk past a mirror. Mentally, still 17. [8-)]

english write what u want as long as u can justify it

germans easy - listen for keywords and take it easy - if in doubt guess the most logical answer is usually right and espcially on the higher questions where u get more marks [:D]

best of luck Ryck

Guten morgen.  Ich heisse Ax.  Ich wohne in Writhlington, das

ist ein kleine dorf in Sudwestengland, in der nahe von Bath.

...which, of course, if far more fun if you happen to live in some

place which has a really long-winded English name, like my best mate,

who lived on a college campus with his parents:

"Bonjour.  Je m'apelle Matthew.  J'habite a Bath College of Higher Education."

Try thinking of interesting ficticious places to live - it brightens up any boring French or German lesson [:)]

yeah lol - I have just done my GCSE's so am FREE!! (yay)

u can say what u want. Ich wohne in einen mullberge or whatever and just wait till u get speaking tests and roll plays there great.

mine was a restuarant problem and u had to complain about everything lol. but as u dn't know all the language u have to think what u can say so u end up saying - eine kase****** mit kienen Kase lol

and other such funny problems

well have don the tests .....   boring

the English was to make up a newspaper article in 50mins

and German didn't go to well:  the reading went OK until I ran out of time then writing went bad... How can I write a 1/2 page letter to a German kid

I've only done German for 7 months

Posted

simple - write in large font and header it like a letter

that way u use up several lines in the first place lol with the date - contact etc etc.

there simple lol

LOL we could open a german language thread where you guys can practice your writing! Vielleicht hilft es euch, über RC zu diskutieren, anstatt einen Brief an einen virtuellen deutschen Freund zu schreiben.

Learning by doing! This is what all non-native english speaking people on this board do with every post [:)]
