Well, i have failed you all. There will be no update, i cleaned the shell etc and shot a coat of primer... and... and... and the filler work needs some more smoothing out, the primer really helped me to see what needed doing!

Definately a mounted pic tomorrow lads!

( Who rated my thread? )

Well last night i primered my shell, and i could see all the lines where the filler met the body, so i set about flattening it all with 600grit Silicon Carbide paper, using lots of water to get a very smooth finish. i then applied more filler to keep the body-lines near enough perfect.

Will finish it all off tomorrow and then shoot the primer, and maybe the silver, and will report back here with it mounted on my Chassis.

That is starting to take a nice shape.  My advice is to take your time on this body.  Forget about all the guys in this thread pushing you to see more progress.

MIKEY! Top work, Laddy! I bet you're the coolest kid on the block with that ride. It really has come together nicely and your hard work is apparent. Keep it up, chap! Throw a driver in that thing and you're all set to go...
