Nosram Magnum Reverse - RUBISH

Who has a nosram magnum reverse that has blown up I have had three and my latest went today i the DF-02 I had just repaired it slowed down and then stopped and I knew that something had gone so I just took the shell off and disconnected the battery then the smell of burn out electrics

would NOT recommend one

But it did not get wet and was only in light  - heavy dust???

Nosram esc's are normally pretty good, I'd check your car out as blowing up 3 in a row makes me think something else is to blame, unless you're the unluckiest person in the world, in which case stay indoors and never venture outside!![][]

Does sound very strange, especially as the Magnum has a very high motor

limit. At least with Nosram ESCs you get their lifetime warranty, so

you can send the dead ones to Nosram and they will replace them for

you.

I can speak up about the Nosram speedos and vouch that i have never had any problems at all.

I have 3 Tomohawk speedos and a Magnum and i would 100% recommend them.

I even had one of my 16turn limit Tomohawks running an 11turn Tamiya Super Mod motor (before i learnt what turn limits were!) and had no problems, it didnt even get hot after 3 packs were used.

Very pleased indeed!

mine always worked fine and then one day the car would slow to a stop and then the speedo would smoke

Did you put cappacitors on the motors?

they already had them on and when I asked about that they said it would be OK

who's they? the manufactures or the staff at your local lhs?
