I was trawling through Ebay and spotted this, and it made me smile.

Chassis look a little on the familiar side? Those wheels and tyres definately do!!

I suppose copying is the best form of flattery (I refer to the manufacturer, not the private seller).

yup, I've got a Bonze (the counterfeit TL01B) and I've got a Wild Dagger.  Truth be told....  The Wild Dagger is a MUCH better truck.  My Bonzer is okay. But, the gearing is a constant problem.  However, I did find a 650 sized motor that I might try in it to see.  Only problem is that it's a 12t motor. So, I'll need to buy a new ESC and radio for the Bonzer.  I'm pretty sure that it won't be able to handle the bigger motor without melting the 2-in-1 ESC/Radio.

The reason why I was trawling through Ebay (and saw this imposer!) was because I was searching for replacement parts as I *errrrr hrrmmmm* *cough-cough* played with my Dagger a little bit too hard at the weekend and kinda broke bits off. [:$]

But I can honestly say I am not going to replace it with a Bonzer []

It sounds simply too much like an Australian good-feeling saying!

Looks more to me a like a toy Nikko RC truck (the ones that say Turbo Mode !, and high sped on them !

same TL-01B chassis as the Baja King/Champ/etc. The actual paint job.... well... could be better. But, probably better than I could paint.

these trucks are cheap and nasty. The chassis suspension struts cant

handle those massive tyres and crack after to many jumps. You can make

alloy plate braces, and they are not the worst truck in the world but

a durtrax evaderST would be a much better first truck. Parts are cheap

for these bonzers and some of them are Ok. Like steel dog bones,

bearings and gears, kingpins, stepped screws and the like.
