Hi, thought i'd start a topic off, don't know if it's been covered.

What's in your Dark Impact - MOTOR & ESC ??????????

This will hopefully give NEW (like myself) & OLD Dark Impact owners an insight as to what will & will not fit in that tight little space tamiya gave us.

I'll start then eh!

MOTOR - 540 - FREE WITH KIT

ESC - MTRONICS RV11 - £32.50

Dull eh!  Slow is not the word & just about fitted the RV11 (on it's side) with some heavy duty velcro.

Goes ok for now, thats why i'm posting this thread, to get more info on compatiable motors & esc's.

A picture of your inards would be great too (if this is not allowed because of server space, don't post pictures please).  By inards i mean your DI, not your intestines  lol.

I'm sure this thread will be invaluable for ALL DI owners or, potential owners.  Thanks.
