got my 'mammouth monster headache' crawler thing nearly done, wheelbaes looks very short but i've only used the orig prop shafts, tried a revo one but not a direct replacement, might machine a spare one down and try em at a later date. all the 4 link stuff is done B'n'Q style (guess who gets a 20% discount?[H]), shox mounted, and one servo mounted up, so need fit 2nd steering servo, conect the steering links up, mount battery, and fit the body. should be done for next meet no probs, but might still be swb.

A timing loop is what they use on races.

eg, the TT track in the IOM has it's very own timing loop

it can be done with lasers but most are wires laid down on the road....

blah blah it is all very complicated, although if I had the stuff a laser one would be good, I will look into it though

W'HOOO, just got the all clear from my better half, me the missus an my lad all coming for the weekend, she's gonna do the farm park and stuff so can someone give me a lift to clumber if i travel light[:$]? do i need to book the camping myself or are we booking as a group? did you all see it has digital tv on site, you just plug in your tv, how posh is that? not that i'll be watching it but will help keep the wife happy! i couldn't see if it had electric hookups but i'd guess so if they got tv sockets on every pitch!
