radio gear choice for hi lift

Thinking of ordering a hi-lift and just looking into other things required, i have a couple of esc one is a LRP AI PRO REVERSE DIGITAL DOWN TO A 10 TURN and a NOSRAM HAWK POWER REVERSE 15 TURN LIMIT. Would these be ok, there both new as i went through a stage of buying electronics for upcoming projects.  also radio, ive looked on ebay and seen loads of 4ch stuff but i think it must be for flight models, can anyone suggest some cheap radio gear as someone has chopped my money tree down and run off with it.  Can i get away with 3 channnel and if so can anyone suggest a brand or model off 3ch and 4ch that will not break the bank as it took me long enough to convince the wife to let me spend the money on a hi-lift.  Any help would be very greatful.

the Futaba 4VWD is perfect, and won't break the bank if bought from Stellamodels.

hi i have been useing Hitec Zebra 40Mhz FM 3 Channel radio with 2 servos from ebay cost £38 + shipping £43.50 in total do a search and it will show up. the 3rd channel is a slider on the top ,it works great it also comes with a small 4 channel recever aswell.

i did use the servo that comes with it but not realy strong enougth so added a hitech hi torque servo pulls about 9kg that was £35 on its own but works great.
